Ordering & Delivery
1. Do you offer same day delivery? What's the cut offtime?
Yes we offer same day deliver for all floral orders received before 12pm. For all hampers we require a 24hr notice.
2. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Benoni and surrounds ( Boksburg, Bartlett, Brakpan, Edenvale, Kempton Park, Springs, Germiston, Edenvale etc)
3. Can I schedule a delivery for future date?
Yes
4. Is there a delivery fee?
Yes we charge a standard delivery fee for all orders being delivered within a 10km radius. For orders further than 10km but less than 20km, our delivery charge is slightly higher.
For delivery more than 25km , we use our Interflora colleagues.
We deliver locally, nationally, and internationally using Interflora.
5. Can I pick up my order in-store instead?
Yes you can.

1. Can I customize a bouquet or request specific flowers/colours?
Yes you can, please call the store 0118497931
2. Do you offer vases or should I bring my own?
We have a wide variety of vases in-store. But you're welcome to bring your own vase, then we don't charge you for a vase.
3 Can I add a card message or gift with my order.
Yes you can. We can write out your message on a florist card or you're welcome to drop off a card to be delivered with your order. You can also drop off a gift to be delivered with your order.
4. Do you sell plants as well as cut flowers?
Yes we sell plants as well. These have to be pre ordered in advance.
Payment & Changes
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in-store, credit cards, EFT, paypal. (unfortunately we do not accept Diners or American Express)
2.Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You may change your order if it hasn't been made up or delivered.
Unfortunately if you cancel, we do not offer refunds. You may use that payment at a later stage for an order.
3. Do you offer refunds if flowers arrive damaged?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
Special Occasions
1. Do you do weddings or event flowers?
Yes we do.
2. Can I set up a recurring/ subscription delivery?
Yes, you can.
3. Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
We offer weekly, bi monthly or monthly delivery of fresh flowers to corporate clients. Contact the store for more details. 0118497931
